We stand behind our code. Because we operate on a performance-first model, our static site packages carry explicit speed guarantees.

1. Speed Milestone Guarantee

Our contract guarantees that your newly developed static website will score a minimum of 95/100 on Google PageSpeed Insights mobile performance scores upon launch.

If your launched, unmodified static codebase fails to meet this score, we will audit the issue for 7 business days. If we cannot resolve the performance block, you are entitled to request a **100% refund of all fees paid**.

2. Project Cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time prior to development kick-off for a full refund of your onboarding deposit. Once development (pre-rendered assembly) has commenced, refunds are issued strictly under SOW milestone terms.
